Professor Bob Officer AM is a leading figure in Australian finance, with a distinguished career in academia and corporate governance. 

His past roles include Chair of Acorn Capital and JCP Investment Partnership, and director of CP2 and the Colonial Foundation. He has also chaired the Victorian Funds Management Corporation and the Commissions of Audit for both the Kennett and Howard governments, alongside directorships at Transurban and Bank of Melbourne. An Emeritus Professor at the University of Melbourne, Bob holds a PhD from the University of Chicago and has been a visiting professor at Stanford, Wharton, and Rochester.
